At Bosworths Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your home and garden purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase attached.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team or visit our in-store information desk to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit, including the original delivery note or a copy of your receipt inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Ship

  Bring your item directly to our garden centre for an immediate exchange, or ship it back to our returns department using a tracked courier service.
